What we collect and why

• Enquiry forms. Name, business name, email, phone and your message, so we can reply and provide a quote. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and, where you go on to order, performance of a contract.
• WhatsApp, phone and email. If you contact us directly we keep the correspondence needed to serve you. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and subject to its own privacy policy.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site securely. We do not run advertising trackers.

Form processing

Enquiry forms are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which forwards your submission by email and does not retain it beyond what is needed to deliver and protect against abuse.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies. The embedded Google Map on the contact page may set cookies controlled by Google when loaded.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you become a customer, in which case records are kept for the period required by UK tax law.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Couriers receive delivery details when you order.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email info@chemmotionsupply.co.uk to exercise any right.
